Associates Affiliate Program

This is a program we use to pay people that promote our online real estate investing courses.  Each time you make a sale, you will be paid 50% of the price of the online course sold. 

You can join the Affiliate Program by filling out our application, providing some basic information about you and your audience.  Once we review and you have been approved, you will receive your customized affiliate link to use in your social media posts.

We pay our affiliates a 50% split on the total price of a sale.  Our package of online courses retails for $997.00

When someone clicks on your customized affiliate link, you will be paid $498.50 for each sale.

Although this is a rare occurrence, we do offer money back guarantees on our online courses.  For that reason, there maybe a reversal of the fee paid to you.  This may not be the case with consistent sales.

When you receive your customized affiliate link, you will set up direct ACH payments.  Our system accepts Stripe and PayPal for the customers to  pay for the online resources.

Payments will be processed twice a month on the 1st and 15th.  Processing payments can take up to 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution where payment is sent.

By starting this affiliate program, we aim to provide a platform for like-minded individuals to not only benefit from promoting our online real estate investing courses but also to create a network of mutual support and success.
